2. You must be 18 years of age to participate in this contest. If you are the subject of the photo and are under the age of 18, please make sure your submission is accompanied with a written release from your parent or legal guardian.

3. By entering this competition you certify that you have the rights to distribute these photos and you own all the content and information that you email in to competition2010@icebreaker.com

4. Every day between February 12 and February 28, Icebreaker - in its own discretion - will choose a winning photo. The daily winner will be awarded a new Icebreaker garment chosen by Icebreaker. Icebreaker will only be contacting the winners.

5. Your prize includes shipping and handling.

6. As if winning an Icebreaker garment was not enough, every winner will be entered into a drawing to win the grand prize: a Limited Edition Icebreaker Whistler 2010 260 weight top and Mogul Toque/Hat. On March 1, 2010, the grand prize winner will be announced on www.icebreaker.com/whatsnexttoyourskin. If you are the winner, we will contact you directly.

7. All photo entries are the property of Icebreaker and may be used for Icebreaker marketing purposes now or in the future. You waive any rights you may otherwise have in the image.
